MGA offers customers a wide range of options in regard
to mechanical fatigue tests. Tests have been conducted
on a wide variety of samples, including exhaust
systems, trailer hitches, leaf springs, body mounts,
shocks, struts, and other suspension components.
Single channel or multi-channel tests can be run with
either block cycle or time-history test protocols.
Strain gage data acquisition, hot/cold conditioning,
and hot gas flow can be added as part of a typical
fatigue test.
The Fatigue lab consists of a series 8 universal
bedplates, 60 MTS Flextest control loops, 600 GPM
pumping capacity, a wide range of cylinders, and other
fixtures/apparatus to support this type of testing.
MGA's staff consists of a highly skilled, experienced,
and dedicated team of engineers and technicians.
Facilities are staffed 24 hours/7 days so that tests
are always running. |
