Environmental Testing Capabilities
Environmental testing is used to simulate accelerated aging of materials from a variety of conditions, includes sun exposure, hot, cold, high humidity, dust exposure, etc.
  • Xenon Interior and Exterior material exposure to the sun and water elements.
  • Ozone Materials that are exposed to the ozone atmosphere.
  • Fogging Used to determine fogging characteristics of interior automotive materials.
  • Salt Fog Testing Determines the corrosion resistance of materials when exposed to salt spray.
  • Dust Testing Determines material resistance to dust spray.
  • Hot, Cold, and Humidity Cycling Chambers are available to simulate a very wide range of extreme temperature and humidity conditions. Chamber sizes range from reach-in to drive-in systems.
