MGA first opened a Michigan-based test laboratory in August of 1992. This laboratory, located in Madison Heights, was home to a few test machines related to structural testing. Over the years, the staff and facilities at MGA-Michigan have grown steadily.  Today, the Troy, Michigan-based laboratories are comprised of a total of 167,000 sq. feet, with dozens of state-of-the-art test systems. MGA-Michigan’s staff has become a strong team of over 70 engineers, technicians, and administrators all dedicated to meeting the needs of our customers. Many of our customers who conducted tests during the early 1990s still run tests today. As we recognize the 15 year mark, we would like to thank our customers and all of our associates who have worked so hard to make MGA what it is today.
